Just purchased the Tom Yum soup which is normally amazing. Tonight it was terrible with what appears to be seafood extender and shredded calamari. It also looked more like gravy than the usual soup. I've been going here for years and the preparation time was always an issue When they give a time to pick up takeaway, ALWAYS add another 15 minutes. Given tonight's Tom Yum Soup l think this may be my last visit to Tasty Wok. The food tonight was not nice and certainly not worth the money.

the Chicken Satay Skewers where Fab The lemon chicken was pretty good Still prefer Mornington as there was not a lot of taste. The young lady was beautiful she out my food in the container for me Will be back.

Can I start by saying it takes a lot for me to post a Google Review. We tried The Tasty Wok for the first time on Thursday night and we thought the food was DELICIOUS!! We ordered the Chef Special (Mongolian beef). It was melt in the mouth and had a hint of heat which was a nice surprise. The vegetables in the dish were cooked to perfection (i.e. were not overcooked sludge). The lemon crispy chicken was moreish and the combination omelette had a yummy smokey taste to it. The Staff were friendly and attentive. We weren't there for modern decor or fancy trimmings. The food surpasses everything (it is what's on the inside that counts). We'll be back, thank you.

We stopped dining or ordering takeaway from here after bad service and food with previous owners. Heard it has very recently changed ownership and are so glad we tried it again. Fantastic service and delicious food. The best Chinese food we have enjoyed in years. Do yourself a favour dine in or takeaway. Just delicious .

The food and service was wonderful. A lot of people coming to pick up take away. We dined in and loved it. The calamari entree was something a bit different and really nice, our mains were great and the steamed rice qas particularly fluffy.

absolutely loved this place, felt like home to me. i was treated with love and grace from a cute teen with brown curly hair. would've loved if my fried rice was fried, but sadly it was boiled rice.
